We connect the systems your business runs on — so data moves automatically, your team stops re-typing and every tool shows the same, up-to-date picture.

Overview

One connected business, not a dozen separate tools

Most businesses run on a mix of software: a website, a CRM, accounting, stock or booking systems, marketing platforms — and spreadsheets in between. When they don’t talk to each other, people fill the gaps by copying information across, which is slow, costly and where mistakes creep in.

Software integration is our speciality. We connect your systems through their APIs (the interfaces software uses to exchange data), webhooks and data feeds, so a lead captured on your website lands in your CRM instantly, stock updated in one place appears everywhere, and reports draw on a single source of truth.

What’s included

API integrations

Connect two or more platforms through their APIs, with secure authentication, error handling and logging.

CRM integration

Send website enquiries, form submissions and ad leads straight into your CRM with the source and details attached.

Listing and data feeds

Pull live product, property or vehicle listings from supplier and marketplace feeds — such as AutoTrader — into your website automatically.

Website and e-commerce integration

Connect your site to payment gateways, booking tools, accounting and fulfilment systems.

Marketing and analytics connections

Link your ads, email platform, Google Analytics and Tag Manager so you can see which campaigns bring real customers.

Custom connectors

Where systems don’t connect out of the box, we build the connector — and monitor it so problems are caught early.

How we work

Our process, step by step

  1. 01

    Map your systems

We document the tools you use, the data each one holds and where information is being copied by hand.

  2. 02

    Design the data flow

We agree what should sync, in which direction and how often — and what should happen if something fails.

  3. 03

    Build and test

We build the integration and test it against real data in a safe environment before switching it on.

  4. 04

    Monitor and support

We keep an eye on your integrations and update them when a connected platform changes.

FAQs

Software & API Integration: frequently asked questions

What is an API integration?

An API is the doorway a piece of software provides so other systems can read or send data. An API integration connects two systems through those doorways so information moves between them automatically — for example, a new website enquiry creating a contact in your CRM.

Which systems can you integrate?

If a system offers API access, we can integrate with it — and almost every modern platform does. CRMs, accounting and ERP systems, e-commerce and payment platforms, booking and stock systems, marketing and email tools, courier and logistics providers, listing marketplaces such as AutoTrader: we have connected all of these. Where a platform has no API, we find another route, such as a data feed or a custom connector. Tell us what you run and we will tell you how to connect it.

What happens if a connected system changes?

Integrations need looking after. We build in error alerts and logging, and our support covers updating an integration when a connected platform changes its API.

Do you work with businesses outside Cape Town?

Yes. Integration work is done remotely, so we work with businesses throughout South Africa.

Is software integration secure?

We use secure authentication, encrypted connections and only the access each integration needs, and handle personal information in line with the POPI Act.
